CLUB RIDES
We run regular social rides and training rides throughout the week to suit a wide range of abilities.
Club rides usually start in Adel, often meeting at the layby on Church Lane, the group of bikes should be obvious!
The rides below showcase the different types of rides we may run but not every option will be available every week so please contact us on hello@albarosacc.com if you're interested in joining us.

TUESDAY:
CHAINGANG
Due to numbers of riders attending we usually split into groups. The slowest group (and last to set off) will aim to average 32kph (20mph). The fastest group will average 38-40kph (24+ mph). Find out more here...

SATURDAY: SOCIAL
We often have a Saturday social ride that heads out to Cavendish Pavilion at Bolton Abbey via the back roads of Otley and Ilkley, or other locations a similar distance from Leeds. These rides are usually around 40 miles (with some rolling hills) and the ride speed starts at around 14mph.

THURSDAY:
TRACK SESSION
A fitness based session, open to all, at the Brownlee Centre. These sessions regularly from September through to May.

SATURDAY: TRAINING RIDE
Saturday training is designed for our more competitive club members. These rides come in various forms, but will typically last between 2 and 4 hours covering between 30 and 60 miles.

WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY: SOCIAL
Social evening rides starting at 14mph and often ending with a swift pint. Route and availability depends on ride leaders: check the members Facebook group.

SUNDAY:

The staple club ride: with a great variety of riding on our doorstop including the Vale of York and the Yorkshire Dales, our club rides offer a huge variety of routes.
With distances starting at around 30 miles and speed upwards of 14mph, there is a real mix to choose from.
