CLUB RIDES
Our club offers a variety of cycling experiences, categorised into three main types to suit every rider's goals and preferences. Here's a brief overview of what you can expect:

Social Rides: These group rides emphasise camaraderie and shared experiences on the bike. Led by a ride leader who sets the pace, these outings can range from relaxed to challenging. However, the key is consistency and group cohesion. Riders are expected to adhere to the pace and respect the group's etiquette, creating an enjoyable experience for all.

Training Rides: Designed to push your limits and enhance your fitness, training rides have a clear objective and intensity. These sessions are about improvement and progression, meaning that keeping up might be tough, and getting dropped can be part of the learning and growth process. Ride leaders will clarify the goals beforehand, ensuring everyone is on the same page with the ride's purpose.

Challenge Rides: These rides are for those looking to test their mettle and step out of their comfort zone. Whether it's conquering a long-distance route, or trying something entirely new, these rides aim to stretch your limits. Examples include completing your first century, the Park Rash Bash, or riding a tough sportive.

Club rides usually start in Adel, often meeting at the layby on Church Lane, the group of bikes should be obvious!

The rides below showcase the different types of rides we may run but not every option will be available every week so please contact us on hello@albarosacc.com if you're interested in joining us.
