The Coaching (Thursday)

In line with our aim to inspire Youths to take up a lifetime of cycling, riding skills for both the recreational and competitive cyclist will be taught to enable safe group riding on the Tour de France roads across the White Rose county. British Cycling Level 2 coaches ensure the sessions are fun and use the most up to date coaching techniques.

Older and faster riders can train with a mixed group of adults usually led by professional coach, former pro racer and NFTO team manager Tom Barras. http://www.training-pro.co.uk/ Tom also trains many celebrated local cyclists and the British Triathlon team so you know you're in good hands!

This is where our u12 and above youth racers train.

Intermediate and Advanced (Beginners should attend Thursday first)

This is a multi club effort with Level 2 and above specialist coaches from albaRosa, Ilkley, Harrogate Nova and Valley Striders.
